This is the perfect spot to enjoy views of vast Arctic landscapes while enjoying a cake in the cozy restaurant. The Fjellheisen Cable car is also perfect spot to observe the famous Northern Lights.

The guide will alert you as soon as they appear so that you can grab your camera and head immediately outside the mountain restaurant where the light pollution is minimal, optimizing your view of the Aurora. Endless snow, mountains and the mystical Northern Lights are bound to leave you with memories for life.

From the large outdoor terrace, you can also marvel at the majestic Tromsdalstinden peak which towers 1,238 m above sea level, and in summer, the panorama deck at the upper station provides an excellent opportunity for taking in Midnight Sun. During the Arctic winter, it’s an ideal place for hunting the magical Northern Lights on our evening trips.
